Infant Mental Health

We offer specialised mental health services for babies and young children (0-4 years), as well as support for their parents and caregivers. Our team works with families to understand and address the emotional and behavioral challenges children may face, whether due to difficult early experiences or difficulties forming connections. We provide strategies to strengthen the parent-child bond, manage challenging behaviours, and support healthy development. Early signs that a child may need help include persistent crying, trouble sleeping or eating, withdrawal, or significant changes in behaviour. Our goal is to help both parents and children navigate these challenges and build positive, supportive relationships in a nurturing, non-judgemental environment.

Child and Adolescent Counselling

Our Clinical Psychologists specialise in helping children and teens navigate a range of emotional and behavioural challenges. We offer counselling for anxiety (including separation anxiety), depression, anger issues, grief, school difficulties (including bullying and school refusal), sleep problems, and more. Our approach focuses on building resilience, improving coping skills, and supporting your child through tough transitions. We also work closely with your child’s support network—family, school, and community—to create a comprehensive treatment plan that fosters positive change and growth.
