Support for children (0-5 years), primary school aged children and adolescents presenting with, but not limited to; anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, self-harm, attachment difficulties, social difficulties, selective mutism, history of trauma, OCD, drug and alcohol difficulties
Support for women, men and couples in the pre-pregnancy or perinatal period (pregnancy through to the first year). Issues commonly seen include difficulty falling pregnant, IVF, complications during pregnancy, birth trauma, grief and loss associated with loss of a child, terminations (including medical terminations), bonding difficulties, postnatal depression and anxiety, OCD and psychosis.
The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program

​Parenting can be one of the hardest things you've ever done in your life, but also one of the most rewarding.

This 8-session group program is based on decades of attachment research and supports parents strengthen their relationship with their child.
​
Appropriate for a range of parents, including parents to be and; parents with children aged 0-12 years.

Cost: $125 per session (Medicare rebates may apply)

​​​​​​Horse Wisdom Program
​
The Horse Wisdom Program is a 7-session social-emotional learning experience for children, adolescents, and adults, aimed at improving emotion regulation, self-awareness, and relationship-building. Through activities with our horses, participants develop skills in boundary-setting, kind thinking, and facing life’s challenges. Tailored to those aged 8 and up, the program offers a unique, experiential approach to exploring emotions and personal patterns, complementing regular therapy and fostering growth in a supportive group setting.

We understand that sometimes it can just be too hard to get out or you’d just prefer the comfort of your own space. Appointments can now take place through a secure link by either phone or video. Telehealth appointments also offers those clients that are interstate, traveling or unwell to maintain their regular appointments without missing out.
